The oval front focus pad receives punches, while a cushioned rear panel covers the back of the hand and extends to the top for controlled strike-back drills. Move between combinations and defensive responses without switching equipment.

The front pad combines foams of different densities to cushion strikes and help reduce transmitted impact. This combination is designed to balance cushioning with comfort for the trainer during repeated punch drills.

Inside, a padded grip bar is stitched from left to right between the front pad and rear cushioning. Curl your fingers around it for a defined hold rather than resting your palm flat against the pad. The bar helps you maintain a firmer, more comfortable grip while presenting and repositioning targets.

Two elastic sections on each rear side let the hand compartment flex to accommodate different hand sizes. The hook-and-loop wrist closure adjusts the fastening to help keep the mitt securely positioned.

The leather-like outer features black-and-red panels, laced lower edging and a circular front target to guide punch placement.
