The contoured circular front gives punchers a defined aiming area for practising placement, timing and combinations. Turn the shield over to use the smooth reverse, which has a softer striking surface for kicking drills. Switch sides as you move between drills.

Inside, multiple layers of different-density foam work together to cushion strikes. The layered construction is designed to balance impact absorption with comfort for the trainer holding the pad.

Two padded handles on opposite sides provide a two-handed grip. The trainer can reposition the shield to present different target heights and angles during controlled practice. Reinforced stitching, laced edging and stitched handle attachments complement the durable leather-look outer.
